This is a unique opportunity for an experienced medical consultant with a minimum of 3 years in a consulting role to join a cutting-edge healthcare institution.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare in Sokoto State. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the hospital, focusing on excellence in patient care and outcomes.

• Collaborate with the hospital’s executive team to set goals, policies, and procedures.

2. Clinical Oversight:

• Lead the medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.

• Ensure compliance with all medical standards, protocols, and regulations.

3. Administrative Leadership:

• Oversee the hospital’s daily operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and staff management.

4. Community Engagement:

• Act as a spokesperson for the hospital, representing its interests within the community and with external partners.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and board certification as a consultant.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting role.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success.
